FIVE STAGES TO

PERFECT AIR

The Supa-Air 5-stage filtration system removes every class of contaminate from compressed air – from bulk liquid condensate right through to oil vapour and odour.  Each stage is matched to the next for complete ISO 8573-1 compliance.

STAGE 01

WATER SEPERATOR

Removes 99% of liquid condensate at the point of compression. First line of defence against bulk water entering your downstream system.

STAGE 02

COALESCING FILTER

Captures oil aerosols and fine water droplets down to 0.01µm. Protects the refrigerated dryer and downstream equipment from oil contamination.

STAGE 03

REFRIGERATED DRYER

Removes moisture from compressed air using refrigeration technology, delivering a consistent dew point of +3°C to +10°C. Prevents corrosion and valve damage.

STAGE 04

AFTER-FILTER

Final polishing stage - captures fine oil mist and microparticles remaining after the dryer. Delivers high-quality air for most industrial applications.

STAGE 05

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER

Removes residual oil vapour and odours for the most demanding applications - food-grade, medical, and pharmaceutical compressed air systems.

PRODUCT RANGE
THREE PRODUCTS. ONE COMPLETE SYSTEM.

The SADR refrigerated dryer range uses a plate heat exchanger system to cool compressed air below its dew point, condensing and removing moisture.  Available from SADR-1F through SADR-50F – covering the full Supa-Air compressor range from 7.5kW to 355kW.

Smaller models (SADR-1F to SADR-13F) run on single-phase 220V.  Larger industrial models (SADR-15F to SADR-50F) run on three-phase 380V.

The SA-YF Series inline filters are designed to work within the Supa-Air 5-stage filtration system, removing oil aerosols, particulates, and fine contamination from compressed air lines.  Available in 11 sizes from 1.5 Nm³/min to 40.2 Nm³/min capacity.

All SA-YF filters are aluminium shell construction, rated to 1.6 MPa, and designed for simple element replacement – minimising maintenance downtime.

Supa-Air pressure vessels are used to increase the effective storage capacity of your compressed air system, reduce compressor cycling frequency, and stabilise system pressure.  Available from 150L to 5,000L in both vertical and horizontal configurations.
