BUILT FOR AFRICAN CONDITIONS
Rated to operate in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Dust-resistant design with oversized filtration. SANS 347 and ASME Division VIII certified. Meets OHS Act and PER 2009 standards.
AIR-END TECHNOLOGY
New Generation 5:6 Lobe Profile Rotors with double screw technology. Oversized and precision-balanced for maximum compression efficiency and longevity. No gears needed - direct drive.
LOWER RPM. COOLER RUNNING.
Oversized air ends run at significantly lower RPM than standard designs. Less friction, less heat, less wear. Cooler discharge temperatures extend oil life, air-end life, and separator life.

3-STAGE PROCESS
01
AIR INTAKE
Ambient air enters through the intake filter, removing dust and particulates before compression begins. The oversized filter protects the air end in dusty African environments.

SCREW COMPRESSION
Two interlocking helical rotors (5:6 lobe profile) compress air continuously and smoothly - no pulsation. Oil injected during compression cools, seals, and lubricates simultaneously.
03
OIL SEPERATION & DELIVERY
Compressed air passes through a large seperator vessel with baffle plates, reducing residual oil to under 3ppm. Clean, pressurised air is delivered to your system at your set pressure (4-13 bar).
